I think you may have overlooked a couple of cunning strategies, though.
1.1 Pay off all of their debts in full by being given over a hundred million pounds by a billionaire (or even a byllionaire) who has forgotten how he became a billionaire in the first place.
1.2 Pay off all of their debts in full by being given over a hundred million pounds by a huge consortium of exceptionally stupid multi-millionaires who never want to see their money again.
Either of those should do the trick.

I have it on good authority (Rangers season ticket holder) that it’s in all the papers and even a letter
from D&P that once they send Whyte on his way or to “jail” (his words) that HMRC have already agreed
to accept 10p in the £!!!!
